Costs
Our fee for each module is $US10.00 (Apart from the "How to Say Relax and Stay Relaxed" module). This fee allows you to revisit the module as often as you like for fourteen days from the time of purchase. The "How to Say Relax and Stay Relaxed" module is $US25.00 plus $US5.00 post and packaging because it comes with a special relaxation and training audio tape. The fee for the on-line Stress Assessment Questionnaire is US$25.00. This questionnaire is designed to give you feedback on:

It is possible to just purchase individual modules, but the modules have been designed to form an integrated stress management program. We therefore strongly recommend that you work through the modules in the order that they are presented in the list of modules that appear when you click on the button at the bottom of the home page saying
Discounts For Organisations We offer discounts to organisations that pay for employees to complete the Stress Assessment Survey and the Stressproofing Program. The level of discount is related to the numbers involved. The free modules provide an opportunity
for people to ensure that they can play the modules on their computer and
to gain an appreciation of the format and type of content in the paid
modules and for the audio cassette program. Should a customer receive a faulty audiotape we will replace the tape on the receipt of the faulty one. |
