If you are using a computer at work there are likely to be firewalls that your IT people have put in place that will stop all plug-ins from being loaded onto your computer network. With some work systems you do see the AudioGraph copyright material but the firewalls do not allow the player to work.

Therefore, if you are having download difficulties at work you need to arrange for your IT people to download and install the player.

If you are using your own computer and did not see the copyright pages for the AudioGraph material you now need to open the installation program manually. To do this:

  • Use Windows Explorer to locate the pcplug.exe file.
  • This file will be in the folder that you chose to download the program to. (This is likely to have been your ‘My downloads’ folder.
  • Double click on the pcplug.exe file and it will open. Then just follow the instructions that appear to install the program.
  • When you have opened and installed the program, return to our Stressproofing website and move through the pages until you can click on the ‘Click to view module’ button.

If you experience difficulties installing the plug-in try the following

  • Re-boot your computer. This is especially important if you cannot hear sound when running the module
  • Download plug-in directly from AudioGraph
  • Contact our technical team at support@stressproofing.com
