graphics so it’s interesting to watch. It: details the aims and
objectives of the program, explains how stress has positive as well as
negative effects, outlines a Conceptual Model of Stress, and explains
how our program is based around this model.
Getting Started
To be able to watch and listen
to the modules you need to download, install and open a special, free
player.
- This player, AudioGraph,
has been developed by New Zealand Educational Software, which is a
business unit of Massey University in New Zealand.
Step One – Downloading the
free plug in
- Click on the ‘Install plug
in’ button at the bottom of this page. (Please read the rest of
this page first.)
- You will be asked to select
the plug in for your computer. Unless you are using an Apple
Macintosh computer this will be the Windows PC option.
Step Two – Installing and
opening the download
- If you follow the steps
outlined when you click on the ‘Install plug in’ button it
should install and open automatically, or present you with clear
steps to follow.
- It is possible that your
computer may be set up in a way that means this does not happen. If
you are not presented with pages relating to the copyright material
for the AudioGraph program, it has not been opened and it will not
