The StressProofing program consists
of a series of on-line training modules that combine sound, text, image and
graphics in a way that makes them interesting to watch. When the program is
complete it will contain 10 modules and be equivalent to a one and a half
day live training program. To date we have completed six modules and expect
to have the remainder completed by the end of February 2003. The modules vary in length
from 20-40 minutes and each module has associated exercises that are
designed to help the learning process.
The
on-line Stress Assessment Questionnaire is designed to give you feedback
on: your sources of stress, aspects that affect how vulnerable you are
to stress (e.g. how prone you are to worry) and the degree to which you
are currently experiencing the signs and symptoms of stress. You receive
feedback on 46 separate areas and you also get information back on your
results compared to those of a large group of other people. For further
details on the Stress Assessment Questionnaire click on:
Each StressProofing module is divided into a
number of separate segments that vary in length from a couple of minutes to
approximately 10 minutes. When you first watch a module you are asked to
work through the segments in the order in which they appear on the module
index page. The advantage of segments is that you can easily go back to
specific parts that you wish to watch again.
